Schedule:

  • 40 or more hours a week.

LaGrange Landscape is looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance Team! This position serves as the front line of service to our customer base!

Overview: LaGrange Landscape is seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, you will oversee a team of lawn care professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew of lawn maintenance workers, providing direction, training, and support.
  • Perform and oversee lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging and debris removal.
  • Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client specifications.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Schedule and prioritize daily tasks and assignments for the crew.
  • Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including timesheets and inventory logs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Irrigation Technician

Schedule:

  • 40 or more hours a week.
  • Day shift – Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends for emergency work or to make up rained out days)

LaGrange Landscape is looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Irrigation Team! This position serves as the front line of service to our customer base!

Overview: This position is ideal for someone seeking a rewarding career in the landscaping industry with a focus on irrigation systems. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to irrigation systems, including leaks, clogs, and electrical problems.

Spray Technician

Location: LaGrange, Georgia.

Benefits:

  • Uniforms after first 90 days

  • Weekly paychecks

  • Health and Life insurance available after probationary period.

Starting at: $18 per hour (negotiable if employee has previous experience spraying)

Experience level: Working knowledge of irrigation systems and controllers.

Start Date: Immediately

Schedule:

  • 40 or more hours a week.
  • Day shift – Monday to Friday work weeks with occasional weekend work (when necessary).

LaGrange Landscape is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our Irrigation Team!

Overview: We are a full-service landscape company that has been in business over 50 years and have a reputation as the top landscape company in LaGrange. Customers know that we are detail-oriented and provide excellent horticultural care. Our maintained sites range from half an acre to one hundred acres in size. Clients include manufacturers, banks, strip malls, and government.

Requirements:

  • Current Georgia Pesticide Applicators License or ability to get license within 6 months of starting date.

  • Proficiency in operating associated equipment to fulfill duties

  • Eye for detail

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid Driver’s License

Job Duties:

  • Application of pesticides and fertilizers to turf and ornamentals.

  • Keeping equipment calibrated correctly and cleaned.

  • Occasionally employee will be asked to help with crews on job sites.

  • Pest identification and working with staff horticulturists to create treatment options

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience spraying on golf courses, athletic fields, or large commercial properties with mechanized sprayers is preferred.

  • At least one year of landscape maintenance or golf course maintenance.

  • Knowledge of plants and turf grass.
