Overview: LaGrange Landscape is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales/Business Development Representative to help grow our presence in the LaGrange, Columbus, and Peachtree City markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in generating new business, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive landscaping services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in LaGrange, Columbus, and Peachtree City.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through direct contact, networking events, and follow-ups.
- Present LaGrange Landscape’s services effectively, highlighting benefits and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team to support sales strategies and targeted campaigns.
- Stay updated on company services and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work both independently and within a team.
- Physical capacity to attend client meetings and visit project sites.
